Welcome to *our* new photo blog!

Cassidy broke her arm 3-31-06 when she stepped off a bench & fractured her wrist in 2 places... she wore her hotpink cast for 4weeks & got it off today!

OT (Occupational Therapy) & ST (Speech Therapy) as normal, here's her OT, Stephanie working with her trying to prepare her for the cast removal!



Then off to lunch - here's her artwork on her cast! :)



Her bestest 'friend', Alex came to the hospital with us... Cassidy took this pic!



Cast removal was quite tramatic... you know... "The Saw", but it was fast & she was using her arm immediately - YAY!

Here she is all tuckered out & napping... Her tattoo is an airbrush tattoo that she got at the zoo 2 days earlier... it means "Courage" & we were trying to help prepare for something noisy on that arm (like the saw) the tattoo didn't go well either! ;)



Later that night showing off her cast - she was a little weary of holding, I think she thought I was going to put it back on her! LOL
