June 24, 2006 - Saturday

Being silly!

We've been waiting a month to go see "Over The Hedge" because both her & her friend, Cameron both said they were going to see it (with each other), so we had to wait until we could all go...! They were SO cute during the movie, kept talking about different things... Of course, Cassidy has her stuffed raccoon, Rocky (because I thought that was his name & then it stuck lol) so she would yell at the screen when they'd call him R.J. (his name in the movie) LOL! After the movie, Cameron did NOT want a hug! ;)



Then we went to Sprouts for some groceries & outside of the building was an ALEX sign! :)



June 25, 2006 - Sunday

Daddy took Cassidy to play at the mall while I took pictures at a birthday party. Alex (turning 3!) was such a beautiful princess! Here are a couple of my favorite shots from her party...





& Her adorable little sister, Abby... she loved the feel of her swimsuit & kept rubbing her tummy, she was so cute!


On the drive home... pulling on her eyelashes - a new, fun (haha) thing she's doing!


& Chewing on her big toe... LOL



We had picked up her new bike (that I bought from a friend) so she wanted to try it out, so while dropping Daddy off at the ice-rink, we let her sit on it for a bit in the parking lot. She hasn't figured out pedaling yet, but she loves to sit on it! :)







Then, Cassidy & I met a couple friends at McDonalds to eat & play...

Then we went to Isabelle's for a bit where she tried on & snagged some purple Princess slippers lol. I couldn't pry them off of her even to sleep...

June 26, 2006 - Monday

She had her annual Ortho. apt. at Scottish Rite to monitor her birthmarks and any ortho. concerns. All went well - no changes since her last apt. "left calf is still bigger than right calf, see you in a year" lol.

She was NOT HAPPY when the dr. was checking her legs - she kept yelling something about not taking them! So, this is afterwards in my lap...



Time to go! She loves the blue part of this elevator! lol

Then naptime... she got the sticker at the dr. and didn't want to take it off. :)



She did this with her face-paint crayons... she said it was a sun! lol



June 27, 2006 - Tuesday

We went swimming with Isabelle & family tonight, twas a really wierd night for Cassidy in the pool - she kept getting freaked out about everything... poor little girl...

Then she got on this raft... she didn't want off but she was very quiet & nervous & wouldn't let go of my hand...

June 28, 2006 - Wednesday

Riding in "Sally" (from Cars ;)), the plate is her steering wheel! :)

After OT & naptime, she played with shaving cream in her little pool! She wasn't quite sure what to think...

June 29, 2006 - Thursday

Today we went swimming (at the pool where we had Cassidy's 2nd bday party!) with Riley & Cyndie! On the drive over, Riley wanted to wear a hat like Cassidy, I just love this pic! :)



First, in the splash park area... she's not a big fan of fountains, so she hung out on the side for awhile playing with Riley's toys!





She got brave for a little bit! :)


Then off to the toddler pool where she loved playing with Riley's boat on a string!



& His other toys too! lol





A Skittles break! Cassidy wanted the BLUE bag! lol

Then we went to Braum's for some ice-cream & they both liked the pink light!

Sleeping Princess...! She picked her "broken arm" shirt to wear for jammies! (We cut the long sleeve part off when she was in her cast...)



June 30, 2006 - Friday

Lazy day! We went to WalMart where she got a new Lightning McQueen hat & chewers!



Reading a current, favorite book - SMURFS! Of course she loves the Smurfs - they're BLUE! :)



We posted "pregnant pix" on my Mom's group so I thought I'd post one here too! This is 4am-ish in the morning before going to the hospital to be induced!



We also posted pix of our favorite pets... :) Of course I'd have to put our kitties! Casey - 7/black & Wilson - 6/grey...



Then there was our raccoon! In highschool, my friend, Tina & I caught a raccoon and we had to keep him because if we put him back, the momma would just kill him for smelling like human... We named him "Feisty Ralph Raccoon"... he was just so cute! :)





Last, but not least - the best pet ever - our black lab, Shadow... we got her when I was 10 - this pic is me & her the day we got her :)...



& 11 years later, shortly before she passed away...
